Conference videography and live streaming in Taipei
We record, stream and photograph conferences, seminars, forums and training days in Taipei and New Taipei, with a wired line plus 5G backup on every stream and a local recording of every session.
Get a quoteWhat we bring to a conference
For a typical one-room seminar or forum, we bring two or three cameras on tripods, a hardware switcher, an audio interface for the venue sound desk feed, wireless lav mics as backup, and a capture device for the presenter’s slides. Every stream runs on a wired line with a 5G backup, and we record locally the whole time.
If you only need recordings, one camera on the stage plus a second on the audience is usually enough. Bigger shows with 4+ cameras or an LED wall go to a vetted partner production team, with us as your single contact.
A typical crew plan
| Conference type | Crew | Package |
|---|---|---|
| Half-day seminar, recording only | 1 camera operator | Event recording, half day |
| Full-day forum, recording | 1-2 camera operators | Event recording, full day, plus extra camera |
| Public conference with live stream | 2-3 camera operators and a director | Live stream, 2-3 cameras + director |
| Hybrid conference with remote speakers | Stream crew plus a Zoom/audio operator | Live stream plus hybrid add-on |
| Any of the above, with photos | Event photographer | Photography, half or full day |
Timeline
- 2-4 weeks before: confirm the run sheet, platform and number of rooms. Book us through the quote form.
- 1 week before: venue check. We test the wired internet port, agree the audio feed with the venue AV team, and plan camera positions.
- The day before: test stream to a private link. Test remote speakers if it’s hybrid.
- Event day: we arrive early to set up, run a sound and stream check, and go live on time.
- After: edited sessions within 5 working days; highlight reel and clips if booked.
What you should prepare
- The run sheet with session times, speakers and breaks
- Speaker names and titles, spelled in every language you need
- Slide decks as files, and any videos that play in the room
- A dedicated wired internet port from the venue
- Contact for the venue AV team
- Stream links and any registration page for online viewers
- Notice to attendees that the event is being recorded
Common mistakes
- Relying on venue Wi-Fi for the stream. Ask for a wired port.
- Audience questions without a microphone, which nobody online or on the recording can hear.
- Filming the projector screen instead of capturing the slides directly.
- No local recording, so a stream glitch is also a gap in the archive.
- Sending the run sheet the night before, which leaves no time to plan graphics and camera cues.

Common questions
How much does it cost to film a conference in Taipei?
Recording with one camera costs NT$13,000-16,000 for a half day and NT$22,000-26,000 for a full day, before tax. A live stream with 2-3 cameras and a director costs NT$50,000-65,000 for a half day and NT$70,000-85,000 for a full day.
Can you stream a conference and record it at the same time?
Yes. We record locally during every live stream, so you get clean session files for replay and editing even if the stream has a problem.
Can remote speakers join our conference by Zoom or Teams?
Yes. Our hybrid add-on, NT$12,000-18,000, brings remote speakers onto the room screens and PA and sends the room into the meeting without echo.
Do you work at conferences with English, Chinese, Japanese or Korean speakers?
Yes. We work in English, Traditional Chinese, Japanese and Korean, and our social clips include English and Chinese subtitles.
How soon do we get the conference videos?
Edited video arrives within 5 working days and edited photos within 3. A 48-hour rush edit is available for an extra 20%.
