Wedding live streaming, video and photography in Taipei
Family who can't fly to Taiwan can still watch the vows. We stream the ceremony and banquet on a private link, record everything locally, and can add a photographer and a highlight film.
Get a quoteWhat we bring to a wedding
For a banquet stream we bring a camera on a tripod facing the stage, a wireless microphone or a feed from the venue’s sound desk, a streaming laptop, and two internet paths: a wired line from the venue plus a 5G backup. Everything is recorded locally while it streams, so a dropped connection never means lost footage.
When you add recording or photography, a separate operator or photographer moves around the room while the stream camera holds the stage.
A typical crew plan
| Wedding size | Crew | Packages |
|---|---|---|
| Banquet only, family abroad watching | 1 streaming operator | Live stream, half day |
| Morning ceremonies + banquet | 1 streaming operator, 1 video operator | Live stream full day + recording full day |
| Full coverage | Stream, video and photographer | Add photography and a highlight film |
All prices are on the pricing page.
Wedding day timeline
- Weeks before: we confirm the run sheet, which parts to stream, and the venue’s internet and sound setup.
- 1-2 weeks before: you share the private stream link with family.
- 2-3 hours before the banquet: we set up and test.
- 30 minutes before: the stream goes live with a countdown or photos.
- Ceremony, speeches and toasts: streamed and recorded.
- After: edited video within 5 working days, photos within 3.
What the couple should prepare
- The run sheet with times for the entrance, vows, speeches and toasts.
- A contact at the venue and the emcee’s name.
- Confirmation from the venue that streaming is allowed and where the wired internet port is.
- A list of must-have moments, such as the farewell to parents or a surprise performance.
- The list of family who will watch, so you know which time zones to plan for.
Common mistakes
- Relying on the banquet hall’s guest Wi-Fi. With hundreds of phones connected, it slows down at the worst moment. Ask the venue for a wired line.
- No audio feed. A camera microphone at the back of a banquet hall picks up clinking glasses, not the vows. We take audio from the mixer or put a wireless mic on the speaker.
- Sending the link on the day. Older relatives need time to test it. Share it a week ahead.
- Expecting an edited film from the stream. The stream recording is a full, fixed-camera record. Add a highlight film for something to share.

Common questions
How much does it cost to live stream a wedding in Taipei?
Our one-camera wedding stream costs NT$28,000-35,000 for up to 4 hours and NT$40,000-48,000 for a full day, before 5% tax. Backup internet and a local recording are included.
Is the stream private?
We usually use a YouTube Unlisted link, which only people with the link can open. It doesn't appear in search.
Do we get the video afterwards?
Yes. We record locally during the stream, so you get the full file. An edited 60-90 second highlight film is an add-on at NT$8,000-10,000.
Can you film the engagement ceremony and the bride pickup too?
Yes. These morning parts usually need a full-day package, since the day often runs from morning into the evening banquet.
Can you speak with our overseas family in English, Japanese or Korean?
Yes. We work in English, Traditional Chinese, Japanese and Korean.
