Get a quoteWhat we bring to a press conference
For a launch stream we bring two or three cameras, a director at the switcher, wireless microphones or a feed from the venue’s sound desk, LED lights for the speaker, and two internet paths: a wired line plus a 5G backup. Slides and launch videos go from the presentation laptop straight into the stream, so viewers see them sharp. Everything is recorded locally at the same time.
A separate photographer covers the speakers, product shots, the guest line-up and the photo op.
A typical crew plan
| Event | Crew | Packages |
|---|---|---|
| Small briefing, one speaker | Photographer + 1 video operator | Photography + recording, half day |
| Launch streamed to clients and HQ | Director + 2-3 camera operators + photographer | Multi-camera stream + photography |
| Big launch with LED wall or 4+ cameras | Partner production team, we stay your contact | Custom quote from NT$90,000 |
Add a highlight reel or short clips for social media the following days. All prices are on the pricing page.

What the organizer should prepare
- The run of show and speaker list.
- Final slides and launch videos at least 3 days before.
- A must-have photo list and one PR contact on site to pick selects.
- Streaming access for every platform: YouTube channel verified, LinkedIn Live access confirmed, Facebook Page admin rights.
- A mult box for reporters, through the venue or your AV company.
- A matte backdrop and a clear space for the photo op.
Common mistakes
- Filming the projector screen. Feed slides into the switcher instead.
- No audio split for reporters. The podium fills with microphones.
- Glossy backdrop. Every photo gets a white glare.
- Checking platform access the day before. LinkedIn Live in particular has access criteria.
- Leaving photo delivery vague. Agree on when the press release photos are due.
The press conference checklist covers run of show and media needs in detail. When you have a date, request a quote.
