What we bring to a trade show

For most exhibitors, we bring a camera operator with a full kit (camera, wireless lavalier mics, LED lights) and a photographer. The operator covers the booth walk-through, product demos, interviews and stage sessions. The photographer shoots team portraits, product hero shots and visitor moments.

If you have a booth stage, we can live stream it. Every stream runs on a wired line plus a 5G backup, never on hall Wi-Fi, and we record locally too.

A typical crew plan

  • Day 1 (opening day): camera operator and photographer for the full day. Walk-through and product close-ups in the first hour, then interviews and crowd shots.
  • Stage day: add a half-day live stream for your keynote or demo show.
  • Later day: camera operator alone for customer interviews and extra demos.
  • After the show: 5 social clips with English and Chinese subtitles, plus a 60-90 second highlight reel.

Bigger jobs, like several booths or multi-camera keynotes, go to vetted partner crews, and we stay your single contact.

Timeline

Book 6-8 weeks before most shows, and as soon as your booth is confirmed for COMPUTEX. Two weeks out, we agree the shot list, interview guests and languages. A week out, we need the floor plan, booth number and daily schedule. Our Taipei trade show calendar lists 2027 dates and venues.

What you should prepare

  • Crew badges for show days, and for set-up days if you want build footage.
  • Booth power, plus a wired internet line if you plan to stream. Order both through the organizer before their deadline.
  • The exhibitor manual’s rules on filming, streaming and sound levels.
  • Interview guests, time slots and questions, sent in advance.
  • Logos and brand colors for clip graphics, and a list of products we shouldn’t film.

Common mistakes

  • Shooting the booth walk-through at noon. By then the aisles are full. We shoot it in the first hour.
  • Interviews without lavalier mics. Halls are loud. A camera mic picks up the neighbor’s music.
  • Planning clips on the floor. Pick 3-5 clip subjects before the show, and the crew shoots for them.
  • Forgetting the venue split. COMPUTEX uses both Nangang and Xinyi venues. One operator can’t cover both at the same time.

The full shot list, crew plans and costs are in our trade show booth video guide. See all packages on our pricing page, or tell us your show and booth number for a quote.

Common questions

How much does trade show booth coverage cost in Taipei?

A full day with a camera operator, a photographer and 5 edited social clips costs NT$40,000-50,000 before 5% tax. A camera operator alone for the full day is NT$14,000-18,000.

Do you cover COMPUTEX?

Yes, along with other shows at Nangang Exhibition Center, TWTC and TICC. COMPUTEX 2027 runs June 1-4, and crews book up early that week, so reach out once your booth is confirmed.

Can you interview our Japanese or Korean executives?

Yes. We work in English, Traditional Chinese, Japanese and Korean, and brief each speaker in their own language before recording.

Can you live stream from our booth?

If the show's exhibitor manual allows it, yes. We stream over a wired line with a 5G backup and record locally. A one-camera half-day stream is NT$28,000-35,000.

When do we get the files?

Edited video within 5 working days and edited photos within 3. 48-hour rush editing is available for 20% extra, and same-evening clips can be planned and quoted separately.
