Common questions
What internet do you need from the venue?
A wired line with at least 10 Mbps upload is ideal. We always bring a 5G backup. If the venue has no wired connection, we test 5G signal in advance and tell you honestly whether it is enough.
Can people watch privately?
Yes. We can stream to an unlisted YouTube link, a password page, or straight into your Zoom or Teams meeting.
What happens if the stream drops?
The backup line takes over automatically, and we record every camera locally, so the full event is still saved even if the internet fails.
